We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, and we understand that sometimes returns are necessary. You may return your order for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange. Please read our return policy carefully to ensure a smooth and efficient process.
Returns
You have the right to return any product purchased from MiDentCare.com within 14 days of the delivery date. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
Initiating a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at customersupport@midentcare.com.
Provide your order number, a detailed reason for the return, and any supporting images if applicable.
Return Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to:

an error on our part,

the product being defective, or
-
the product being the wrong item/variant.
Please note: shipping delays due to customs clearance or other circumstances beyond our control are not valid reasons for initiating a return.
Return Authorization
Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number along with instructions on how to proceed.
In certain cases, we may not be able to provide a prepaid return label. In such instances, you will still receive detailed return instructions.
If your package arrives damaged, defective, or with the wrong item, we will cover the return shipping costs. You may receive a voucher code to apply during the return process. For all other return reasons, the customer remains responsible for return shipping charges. We recommend using a traceable shipping method.
Return Orders with Issues: Damage/Wrong Variant
Products that are incorrect, defective, or damaged during transit are eligible for returns. The product must remain in its original, unused condition and packaging.
Upon reviewing your request, we will issue an RA number with instructions. Please ensure the return is shipped within 14 days of receiving your RA number.
After receiving the returned product, our team will inspect it. If approved, we will process a refund or replacement, depending on your preference.
Exchanges
Exchanges are available within 14 days from the delivery date. The product must be securely packaged to prevent damage in transit.
We offer exchanges for products of equal value. If the replacement product has a different value, the customer is responsible for paying the difference.
Customers bear the return shipping costs for exchanges.
Return Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
All returns must meet these conditions:

Unused: Merchandise must remain in its original condition. We cannot process returns for used items.

Damage-Free: Products must not show signs of damage (unless received as damaged).

Special Exception: In rare cases, we may send a replacement without requiring the original item’s return. If the replacement is unsatisfactory, both the original and replacement items must be returned for a refund. This exception applies only once; subsequent replacements require return of the original item.
Restocking Fee
All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, covering processing, restocking, and potential depreciation.
Restocking Fee Waiver Conditions
The restocking fee may be waived if:

the item was defective or damaged upon arrival, or
-
the wrong item was shipped and a replacement is unavailable.
Requests for a waiver are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Changes to the Return Policy
MiDentCare reserves the right to modify or update this return policy at any time. Updates will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
