Order Confirmation

You will receive an order confirmation via email immediately after placing your order. If you do not receive it, please contact us at customersupport@midentcare.com to investigate the issue.

What are the payment options?

  2. PayPal
    Use your PayPal account for a seamless payment experience.

Is paying on your store safe?

  • Yes, paying on our e-shop is completely secure.
  • We utilize advanced security measures to ensure your payment information is safe.
  • Your card details are processed directly by Stripe or PayPal, ensuring maximum security.
  • Data transmission is secured via the HTTPS protocol, which encrypts your information.
  • None of our employees have access to your payment details.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Delivery usually takes 2-5 days.

Tax Invoice

The tax invoice will be sent to you in electronic form via email immediately after your order is shipped.

Is a warranty provided?

Yes, a warranty is provided:

  • For individual customers: 2 years.
  • For businesses: 12 months for claims or issues.

Can I cancel an order I have placed?

Yes, you can cancel your order unless it has already been shipped. If the order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible due to our automated system.

If you wish to return an item after it has arrived, please email us upon receipt for return instructions. Note that:

  • Shipping costs will not be refunded.
  • You will bear the return shipping costs.

Invalid reasons for cancellation:

  1. Order placed by mistake or no longer wanted: Buyers are responsible for ensuring they want the product before placing the order.
  2. Found a cheaper option elsewhere: Buyers should confirm they are prepared to pay the listed price before placing an order.

I ordered two items but only received one. Why?

Many of our items are shipped from different warehouses, so your order may be divided into multiple shipments. You will always be notified of this when your order is shipped. If you have concerns, contact us at customersupport@midentcare.com.

Can I modify my order or details?

Modifications can only be made if your order has not yet been shipped, typically within 24 hours of placement. You can:

What if the item I received is damaged?

If you notice damage within 48 hours of receipt, immediately contact the shipping company. For all other cases, refer to our Complaints and Returns page to resolve the issue.
